Flight 253 episode epitomizes Obama Administration

How apropos that a terrorist flight should epitomize the effectiveness of the entire Obama agenda and administration.

Let’s see what we knew about “Hotpants” Farouk:

His father warned us months ago that this idiot had evil intentions
He was on our terrorist “watch list”
The Brits had denied his visa renewal
He bought his one-way ticket with cash and had no luggage
He had two extended stays in Yemen to learn Arabic
He was wearing explosive panties
He was carrying a syringe of acid
Passengers disabled the idiot Jihadist-not federal Marshalls or other security
Bozo’s reactions
Napolitano: “the system is working” (and she still has a job?)
Airline passengers during the final hour of flight can’t:
Stand-up
Go to the bathroom
Use a pillow or blanket
Have anything on their lap: no book, laptop, etc.

We have a would-be terrorist who by any reasonable reckoning should never have been allowed on an airplane headed anywhere let alone the US; after $40 Billion to build an airport security system we are unable to inconvenience the most obvious of terrorists; we can only embarrassingly inconvenience every other airline passenger for no notable benefit; after spending only God knows how much on intelligence infrastructure we find no one uses it to actually protect us.

To recap: we have Homeland Security (sic) programs that are outrageously expensive, absolutely ineffective; and unnecessarily intrusive to innocent travelers; we have outrageously expensive, totally ineffective, non-communicative, and unused intelligence (sic) infrastructure; we have outrageously expensive, non-productive, and ineffective impositions on all innocent travelers without benefit; and we have an administration who’s first reaction is to claim their ineffective policies and procedures actually worked when any sensible person could comprehend that they failed miserably. Finally, now that we have this idiot terrorist, we spend untold thousands to give him medical care; a court-appointed attorney; security, lodging and food for who knows how long; and full Constitutional protections to assure this “common criminal” gets a fair trial. He’s not a criminal, he’s an enemy combatant; all he deserves is one blindfold, one wall, and one round.

Outrageous expense; ineffective action; egregious imposition on innocents; rewards for evil-doers; institutionalized contempt for traditional American values: what better definition of every Obama program?

When will the American people realize that government healthcare, government energy policy; Cap and Trade; government industrial policy (Employee Free Choice Act [card check]) and auto-industry giveaways; federal banking bail-outs; and any other federal program that is being promoted by the Obama administration bear the exact same characteristics as their handling of the Flight 253 incident?

Wake up America! The time for giving our federal government a free pass when they ignore all Constitutional restraints on their authorities is over. If we don’t stop them now, and reverse the damage done over the past 60 years, they will sell us all into slavery to the Arabs and Chinese.

Every government decision is subject to prior sale.

Disenfranchising Americans over "healthcare reform"

Government mandated healthcare is wrong on so many levels.

First, it is a travesty and a usurpation of authority never granted to the federal government to mandate any specific purchase of products or services by citizens.

Second, the federal government has never, under any circumstances, demonstrated the ability to manage any system as complex as the healthcare system, efficiently, or cost effectively. They continue to demonstrate a total lack of ability to manage healthcare as demonstrated daily by healthcare for Veterans; and for Native Americans that borders on criminal neglect and incompetence.

Third, it is absolutely unconscionable that specific Senators have coerced the federal government to force most citizens to pay for healthcare options for specific constituencies in order to secure their vote on this abomination. Clearly this is not equal justice under law; and in fact is an illegal scheme to raise revenue as it did not originate in the House, a violation of Article 1 Section 7 of the COTUS.

Fourth this plan violates Article 1 Section 8 because it levies taxes against Citizens in a manner that is not uniform throughout the United States as Citizens of 46 States pay the healthcare taxes for 50 States.

Fifth this plan violates the 5th Amendment in it’s support of abortion which, as practiced, denies a person it’s life without due process of law.

Sixth, this proposed legislation is a cornucopia of favors to special interests: 3000 lobbyists had a hand in it’s creation-but no Republicans : special favors to specific hospitals; specific healthcare specialists not available to all; exemptions from taxes to cosmetic surgeons while other surgeons are taxed; exemptions to large pharmaceutical manufacturers in the form of restrictions against re-importation of FDA approved pharmaceuticals to eliminate competitive pressures; favors to insurers eliminate national competition for clients and programs.

Seventh it provides an endless chain of corruption and favors for Representatives to sell additional exceptions or adjustments to fill their campaign coffers and in some cases their refrigerators.

Eighth this plan is based on taxation beginning immediately in 2010 with no benefits being paid until 2014. Harry Reid claims that one American dies solely as the result of having no health insurance every 10 minutes: that is 157,248 deaths between now and the start of benefits. If it is so critical, why delay?

Ninth, the federal government claims that they will reduce costs of Medicare by $500 Billion without reducing benefits; and denies more than $250 Billion to pay doctors by moving that to a separate bill. If this is possible, why wait? Why hasn’t the federal government exercised these cost reductions already? I believe the Congress is lying about this.

Tenth, Candidate Obama promised inclusion and transparency to tackle tough problems and create bi-partisan, unique, efficient and effective solutions; what we got from president Obama happened between a handful of DC Democrat powerbrokers behind closed doors; backroom secret agreements with Big Pharma, Big Hospitals, Big Insurance, often conducted directly with the White House, by-passing Congress all together; complete exclusion of Republican input; and complete disregard of the wishes of a majority of Americans.

Eleventh, Candidate Obama promised he would never sign a bill containing “Ear-marks” yet every major bill signed by president Obama has contained egregiously oppressive bribes to special interests.

Twelfth, rather than honesty this bill is rife with dishonesty, deception, and outright lies.

Rather than Change we can believe in, we have gotten old-school Daly political thuggery on steroids; political prostitution at it’s worst; and a reverse auction for the acquiescence of manipulative hold-outs: all at outrageous taxpayer expense.

In the act of excluding most Americans from this “debate”, Congress and the president are abdicating their legal roles as servants of the People and usurping un-delegated powers as masters. This is un-Constitutional, illegal, and immoral.

By excluding the majority of Americans from the political process they are forcing Citizens to find alternate methods to get their point across; to affect corrective action upon wayward elected representatives; and to restore Constitutional government in America.

The last time the federal government disenfranchised a major segment of Americans, 600,000 Americans lost their lives and millions more were maimed, in the bloodiest war against government tyranny in our history.

Maybe we are finally getting a clearer picture of what it is that Obama admires most about the Lincoln presidency.

An unfit president

President Obama is demanding that the Congress “pass healthcare reform” independently of any objections individual congressmen have with the content of the reform bill; independently of the fact that more than half of all Americans object to the legislation; and independent of the fact that the federal government has no Constitutional authority to mandate healthcare insurance on Citizens.

It’s very difficult to discuss any issue with someone who is intractable. President Obama, convinced that only his opinion has merit, views any dissent as divisive regardless of it’s justification.

A frightening example is the president’s position on the Constitution. He has publically stated that “…the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties. It says what the states can't do to you. It says what the federal government can't do to you, but it doesn't say what the federal government or the state government must do on your behalf."

Obviously Obama never did any background scholarship to understand why the Founding Fathers constructed the Constitution as they did: quite an indictment of someone who claims to have taught Constitutional law-imagine what those students didn’t learn in college!

The simple fact is that the Constitution was specifically constructed to clearly delineate and tightly restrict both the responsibilities and authorities being delegated by the Sovereign Citizens to the federal government; and to establish a natural separation and balance of powers intended to prevent any one Branch of the federal government from dictating to the others . History is clear about this. The intention in creating the federal government was to establish a body that would handle only those responsibilities delegated, that were impractical to be handled by individual citizens.

Further, a reading of the Constitution; and an understanding of the Oath of Office required of all federal officers makes it clear that we elect a federal government for no other purpose than to “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States (COTUS)”. The 9th and 10th Amendments make it clear that the federal government has no authority to expand their authorities beyond those specifically delineated in the COTUS.

Consequently when the president claims that he has a responsibility to mandate healthcare insurance for all Citizens, he is lying! He has no such responsibility, and more importantly, he has no such authority: neither does Congress, or the Courts.

In reality, since there is no Constitutional authority for any federal social programs, the true responsibility of the federal government is to terminate all such programs and restore the COTUS.

Of course the president is also devoid of any understanding of America or what it means to be an American. Redistribution of wealth is the antithesis of what it means to be an American. The Founding Fathers specifically denied the federal government any authority to directly tax Citizens; a restriction that was foolishly reversed by the 16th Amendment. Taxation is nothing less than redistribution of wealth, an activity that the federal government has universally demonstrated that it is incapable of doing efficiently.

In America “fairness” means that everyone should have an equal opportunity to pursue happiness as each deems appropriate. When the president talks about “fairness” he is talking about equality of outcome regardless of input: and that is an anathema to all that is sacred to Americans. Marxism is based on the concept “from each according to their ability; to each according to their need”; a concept that has proven unworkable in every single instance in which it has been applied.

The point of this essay is that the president is incapable of exercising his responsibilities because he lacks understanding of the fundamental, and Constitutional, principles from which his responsibilities and authorities derive. He is incapable of governing because he doesn’t understand his Constitutionally-limited responsibilities and authorities as president; and he refuses to accept any positions other than his erroneous positions.

The president wrongly presumes that the federal government has any authority to dictate Citizen behavior beyond those authorities specifically delineated in the COTUS. There is no such legal or moral authority. His actions demonstrate a betrayal of trust; a breach of faith, and a violation of his oath of office that is treacherous.

The president publically committed extortion and suborned the bankruptcy laws of the United States when he threatened the bond holders of Chrysler and GM with “all the powers of the office of the president” if they did not renounce their legal rights under long-established US bankruptcy law. This is in direct violation of his Constitutional responsibility to “take care that the laws of the United States are faithfully executed.

These are but a handful of a long line of usurpations of authority, and abuse of power of which the president is guilty without question or equivocation. He is not fit to serve and he should be removed from office by impeachment without further delay.

Transfer of Power

Our Founding Fathers gave us an awesome form of government, a Constitutional Republic, unique in history in that it recognized:
All men are created equal
We are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights
Life
Liberty
Pursuit of Happiness
Governments are created by the governed to serve in limited functions
Governments derive their just powers from the consent of the governed.

The Founders were painfully aware that any delegated power would be abused. It’s human nature.

They constructed a 3-legged government with the expectation that two Branches would ride herd on the third so that no Branch could ever exceed their defined authorities.

They clearly defined the responsibilities and authorities of each branch.

They provided the Bill (list) of Rights over which the federal government is specifically denied any authority, including specific prohibitions against presuming any authorities not specifically delineated (9th and 10th Amendments).

The government was a voluntary union of Sovereign States created to deal with limited issues that impacted all Citizens. The House of Representatives was created so that individual citizens would have a clear voice through their elected (local) representative. The Senate provided each State with a voice (Senators were originally appointed by their State government until it was foolishly changed by the 17th Amendment).

The Founders believed elected representatives would be bound by honor, integrity and Biblical principles (independent of any specific sect) to do what is right in fulfilling their responsibilities.

There are specific reasons why government control of any activity is predestined to fail. First, our modern representatives are solely driven by raising the money required to get elected and re-elected. The most just representative can do no good if they are not in office. The Bible teaches that “the borrower is slave to the lender” (Proverbs 22:7). Those who can afford to pay for access get the ear and action of the Representative(s).

Any law that gives government control over any function can be manipulated to give advantage to one entity over another: either from outright grant, or by exception. In return for contributions, legislation is adjusted to the advantage of the donor. Although our Representatives are elected to serve the interests of the Citizen, in fact they serve the interests of those who contribute significantly to their election or re-election.
In the process, the interests of the Citizen are subrogated to those of special interests.

Adding insult to injury, it is the Citizen that is taxed to truly pay for the advantages granted to the special interests. It is important to note that the Founding Fathers denied the federal government any authority to tax Citizens directly. This critical restriction was destroyed by the 16th Amendment. Citizens will have no protection until the 16th Amendment is repealed as it gives Congress blank checks that they can write at will.

By granting the federal government any authority on any topic, it establishes a point of contact (the Representative(s) that is easy corrupted by “donations”. This is why the Founders specifically limited the responsibilities granted to the federal government; and why they specifically limited the authorities granted to the federal government.

The tax laws themselves are a tool to subvert the political process. In 2006, 66% of those filing as “Head of Household” paid no tax (http://www.taxfoundation.org/news/show/1410.html ). How difficult is it to get voters to agree to any benefit program when they believe that it won’t personally cost them anything?

Passage of the 16th Amendment was facilitated by the assurance that only those making more than $200K (in 1913 dollars) would pay income tax. Today the federal tax code is more than 66,000 pages, making it absolutely unintelligible. It is obviously being widely ignored by those in government as exemplified by Daschle, Rangel, Geithner, et al while common citizens live in fear of the absolute and arbitrary power of the IRS.

Giving the federal government authority over any function is assurance that the Citizen loses control over that function; and simultaneously it becomes an opportunity for political corruption, graft, and abuse.

Unlike the free market that must respond to customer demands or perish, government is in a position to mandate behavior without recourse by the governed. Some claim that healthcare must be taken out of the hands of the insurance companies because of their “outrageous profits” that make healthcare too expensive. This position fails to consider that the insurance companies do nothing that isn’t permitted by government regulators. It also fails to acknowledge the inherent corruption of our Representatives. It also fails to acknowledge the gross incompetence and inefficiency of every government program.

Giving the federal government control over healthcare will create the same environment that enabled the federal government to destroy the global economy by forcing banks to lend money to those unable or unwilling to repay it as a result of the federal government interference of financial markets.

Whenever Citizens transfer power from themselves to the federal government, the Citizens suffer abuse.

Government is best that governs least (Thomas Paine).

AGW is counter-productive

Wow! How is it that some folks who feel compelled to comment on a topic do so without doing any background research?

1. The tobacco CEOs were not responsible for conducting the scientific explorations. The East Anglia liars and their conspirators were supposedly scientists who have now admitted that they fabricated data to prove their point because honest data did not do so.

2. We have learned that once they published their bogus data, they then conspired amongst themselves (7 allegedly significant scientists) to “review and confirm” the published data, using the same corrupted data in order to make it appear that their data was “peer reviewed”.

3. They then applied pressure to scientific journals to discourage and prevent them from publishing contradictory (honest) data.

4. The Climate Research Center at East Anglia University is the source of all climate change information used to craft the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. That data has been proven to be fabricated, manipulated and bogus.

5. In 2003, expert Canadian statistician Steve McIntyre noted that the statistical methods used by East Anglia “scientists” were fundamentally flawed.

The e-mails and other documents recently released confirm that there was a clear conspiracy by those associated with the CRC at East Anglia University to fabricate erroneous climate data; publish and “peer review” that bogus data to give it apparent credibility; and to exert every possible influence to prevent any honest contradictory data from being published and peer-reviewed.

This conclusively demonstrates that there is no existing information to support any claims of valid link between (man-made) atmospheric CO2 levels and climate change.

As a result of Steve McIntyre’s work, it was demonstrated that there were numerous errors in the data collection methods used to claim that atmospheric temperatures have been increasing. Once the erroneous temperature data was corrected it was demonstrated that 1998 was not the hottest year on record, but it was 1934. The reported “hockey stick” of temperature rise was completely fabricated by the CRC.

For over 500 years, man has been using solar-flare activity to predict earth temperatures and their impact on agricultural production. Since 1998, earth temperatures have been declining in direct relationship to declining solar flare activity. If man-made greenhouse gases were responsible, the CRC models suggest that earth temperatures should be increasing proportional to the increase in man-made greenhouse gases produced since 1998. The actual temperature data demonstrates just the opposite.

Over 700 actually peer-reviewed scientists affirm that the earth has a natural temperature cycle of approximately 1500 years. This has been verified by examination of sediment data covering over 1 million years of sedimentation history from around the world as you noted. However, data since 1934 does not support any significant impact based on man-made greenhouse gases.

Global climate change is real. We know it has been cycling for at least the past 1 million years. However, it is caused by solar activity, not the activity of man. The claims of the Climate Research Center, used to substantiate man-made global warming and to justify the UN IPCC counter plans are completely without merit. There is no substantiation or justification for carbon cap and trade programs that do nothing to compensate for natural global climate change, and in fact aggressively interfere with the unquestionable need for additional energy production resources world-wide in order to cope with real, natural, global climate cycles.

The clearest example of this is petroleum itself. It comes from the decay of aquatic organisms. Clearly that means that the Middle East was once a large body of water. We know that during the time of the Pharaohs it was verdant and forested. Today it is a desert: all without the first coal-fired power plant, millions of automobiles or flatulent livestock.

No matter how many times you use bogus environmental data to support your claims, it remains fabricated, inaccurate, false, manipulated and manufactured environmental data.

The real crime committed here is that false scientists have perverted the truth in order that a handful of opportunists might grow unimaginably wealthy, extorting all mankind in order to “justify” redistribution of wealth; and in the process obstructing the real changes that must be made in order for man to compensate for natural temperature cycles that impact our food production and our ability to work and live.

Shame on you for supporting this egregious hoax.

Man-made Global Warming Lies

For 500 years man has used the degree of solar flare activity to predict earth temperature trends and their impact on agricultural production.

Science (from real scientists, not man-made-climate-change hacks) has sediment data covering 1 Million years that demonstrate conclusively an approximate 1500 year natural earth temperature cycle.

Over 700 peer-reviewed scientists affirm the 1500 year cycle.

Now we have proof that the climate hacks have cooked the books, manipulated the data, lied to the world and conspired to prevent real scientists from publishing real data.

We know that since 1998 the earth has been cooling counter to every hack prediction; and counter to the increase in atmospheric CO2 concentrations but proportional to the decline in solar flare activity.

Let's stop the garbage about man-made global warming and put our time and energies to solving real problems like runaway government growth; unsustainable government spending; destruction of American manufacturing; criminally ineffective government controlled education; prosecution of our treasonous Congress and administration; elimination of the useless Department of Energy; and repeal of the 16th and 17th Amendments.

There is much that needs to be done: gum-flapping over man-made climate change isn't one of them. Al Gore and GE will just have to find some other way to steal a fortune from a gullible global population..

Sarah Palin isn't qualified???

Last November we learned that 66 Million Americans do not expect their president:
to have any real world experience doing anything;
to have ever accomplished any achievement of note;
to have ever actually fulfilled a promise;
to provide any details about their life prior to campaigning for president;
to complete a single term representing the people of their state in the federal government;
to explain any personal or professional relationships over the course of their lives;
to explain why there is no record of large parts of their university years;
to provide vault copy of proof of birth as provided by other candidates;
to explain how all educational loans for self and spouse were paid on a meager income;
to know, understand, or honor the Constitution of the United States;
to understand what it means to be an American, or how to honorably represent America.

So just exactly how can ANYONE be classified as unqualified to be president?

Sarah Palin strikes fear in the hearts of Liberals everywhere because she sees through their BS; communicates rather than equivocates; produces tangible results in public service; fearlessly takes-on corruption in her own party; refuses to hold her constituents hostage while pursuing causes external to those she was elected to pursue; and actually lives by the standards she espouses.

Sarah forces Liberals to recognize that they live on the wrong side of the Looking Glass, which for them is worse than any 60's acid trip gone badly. That appears to be the most plausible explanation for the grotesquely irrational reaction to Sarah Palin by Liberals and Progressives.

Americans don't bow, Mr. President

I’m well aware that your father comes from a culture that still practices slavery; and I realize that as a Muslim child you were taught to bow, but Americans don’t bow.

Apparently you have never been instructed on what it means to be an American. Let me give you a quick course. I’ll start with our Declaration of Independence which declares, in part: “…We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed,…” If you can understand this paragraph, you can understand America.

Since all men are created equal, the idea that one man should bow to another is an affront to the Creator who is no respecter of persons: it is therefore an affront to Americans who recognize the role of the Creator in creating us, and our nation.

The first example of an inalienable right is Life. Since Life comes from the Creator, man has a responsibility to sustain that Life; and man has no right to arbitrarily take his own or any other life. Our Founding Fathers went further to specifically deny the federal government any authority to take any Life without “due process of law” in the 5th Amendment. That is why your position promoting the murder of unborn lives without any due process of law is both immoral and un-Constitutional.

The second example of an inalienable right is Liberty. Liberty is freedom from despotic government or control. Liberty is freedom from obligation to any foreign office or officer. While British subjects are compelled by their government to bow to their monarch, no such demand is applicable to Americans because each of us is the equal of that monarch. Since we are equals, there is no justification to show subservience to anyone. To do so is to deny the very essence of America and to dishonor every American patriot who has sacrificed to establish and preserve America.

The pursuit of happiness is what we choose to do with our lives; it is the resources and tools that we craft to pursue our happiness and the produce of our efforts and resources. No government has any right to pre-determine our objectives or re-distribute this produce. The Founding Fathers were very careful to deny the federal government any authority to directly tax Citizens. This critical restriction was circumvented by the 16th Amendment, and is responsible for egregious abuse of the American people for generations by an ever increasingly tyrannical federal government.

The preeminent foundation of America is that our inalienable rights come from our Creator. Men create governments to secure and safeguard their inalienable rights from abuse by others. The legitimate authorities of such government are limited to those specifically defined and delegated by the Citizens who create the government. In the case of America those delegated authorities (and responsibilities) are defined by the Constitution of the United States. These authorities and responsibilities are not subject to interpretation, progressive reformation, addition or subtraction by any federal officer. That's why every federal officer must take a sacred oath to 'preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States before being granted any federal authority.

Americans don’t bow to any man because we have no superiors to whom we are subservient, except for the Creator.

As President, you don't represent the individual Barack Obama; your beliefs, your values, or your agenda, you represent those who have created and sustained the greatest, most generous, most inclusive, most innovative, most productive and freest civilization in the history of man over the past 400 years. When you bow to any man, it is no sign of courtesy, but rather a most grievous insult to the memory of the dedication, sacrifice, and honor of 400 years of patriots; and all those who today still honor American values.

If you will not represent us with appropriate respect, you have no right to represent us at all.

Americans bow to no man; ever.

The Gitmo Solution

There is a very simple Biblical solution to the Gitmo detainees.

In the book of Daniel, the religious beliefs of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego were tested by King Nebuchadnezzar by throwing them into a fire. God kept them safe from harm despite the intense heat, proving that their faith was justified.

The murderous Islamic terrorists claim that they are doing God’s will. It should be simple enough to prove. Build an intense fire in a large furnace, bind each terrorist and cast them into the fire.

Every terrorist who walks out of the fire unharmed should be returned to their home (not to the US). This should offer them the opportunity to prove the justice of their cause far more effectively than any Jihad.

This solution offers the opportunity to accomplish true justice, is Biblically based, and has been proven effective in determining the true will of God; doesn’t put the US at risk, doesn’t cost Millions of Dollars, and offers an immediate resolution to both the disposition of the terrorists and the search for justice.

It offers the additional benefit of complying with the 1st Amendment which states: “Congress shall pass no law that restricts the free exercise of religion”.

An elegant solution.

Affordable Health Care for America Act (HR 3962)

The surest way to understand the objective of any federal legislation is to take the negative of the title given to the legislation by it’s sponsors. Using that standard, we see that Pelosi’s bill is not affordable; does not provide health care; and doesn’t benefit America.

Over $10 Billion of the Stimulus Bill funds elements required to implement and administer federal health care. So, even if no federal healthcare bill is passed, the framework will be built: Is this a legislative anchor-baby?

The House bill for healthcare establishes a link between medical data and IRS data. It provides for criminal and civil penalties via the IRS for anyone willfully choosing not to purchase healthcare insurance: fines not to exceed $250K and up to 5 years in prison!

Rather than jailing Citizens for choosing not to purchase healthcare insurance, how about we jail legislators who spend money we don’t have?

Any individual who repeatedly spends money they don’t have will soon find themselves under the long arm of the law yet we tolerate legislators doing it to us day after day; year after year.

If universal healthcare is so critical to the future and welfare of America, why not require federal spending cuts to cover the actual costs for that healthcare throughout the duration of any healthcare legislation?

It is worth noting that the same legislators who have no problem with millions of illegal aliens infiltrating America in violation of our laws; who have no problem with spending Billions to educate, feed, house, and provide healthcare for those illegals; think it is perfectly fine to incarcerate Citizens who willfully choose not to have health insurance.

Why healthcare in America is so expensive.

Why do we pussy-foot around the issue of the high cost of healthcare in America?

1. Why do we have an infinite number of insurance pools? If insurance is a State matter, we should have no more than 50 pools. If it is a federal issue, we should have one pool. The effect of infinite pools of miniscule size is to increase the cost of insurance because it minimizes the size of the group over which outlier costs can be amortized. Bigger pools, mean a lower percentage of outliers to be amortized by the entire pool.

It is interesting to note that the only reason that health insurance is employer-based for most is because of government interference. During World War II, the government implemented wage and price controls to prevent runaway costs as manufacturers, essential for the war effort, competed for a limited labor pool. Since defectors couldn’t be wooed with higher wages, employers enticed employees with ever increasing benefits and perks including health insurance.

We all have the option to purchase personal health insurance, but choose to have our employers provide it in the mistaken expectation that it’s cheaper that way. It isn’t.

2. The healthcare special interests: doctors, providers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, hospitals, insurers, etc. are all heavy political contributors. Each uses their bribes to influence government policies, regulations, and programs to their specific advantage. Every government decision is subject to prior sale.

3. Healthcare providers define the diseases, prescribe the tests, and define the treatment regimens; and then they provide the facilities and procedures to maximize their return on investment to fulfill those “government specified and approved” regimens irrespective of what may actually be required to treat a specific patient.

4. Once established, regimens eliminate competition and efficiency because they don’t have to be justified case by case; simply billed as pre-approved. There is no oversight to question the costs other than that provided by the insurers themselves. Another conflict of interest derives from the fact that typically, the doctors who define and specify test and treatment regimens are the owners of the approved diagnostic resources, giving them non-reviewed authority to control the return on their investment in the diagnostic resources independently of the actual need for any such diagnostics to treat individual patients.

5. Why do we accept that there is one cost for someone with insurance and a different one for those who are paying out of pocket as is the common practice among healthcare providers?

6. 85% of all healthcare costs in America are consumed by patients 65 and older. 65% of those costs are consumed in the final 6 months of life. With Baby Boomers two years away from hitting that magic mark, healthcare providers are frantically trying to assure that they will be paid for all the excessive costs that are about to explode. The issue isn’t to assure that everyone has appropriate healthcare coverage; the issue is that the providers have someone to pay the bill for the regimens they have institutionalized by government mandate purchased with campaign contributions.

Note that the "savings" that are supposed to off-set the $1.25 Trillion cost come from $500 Billion in reductions in Medicare that take effect years before the implementation of the full healthcare plan in 2014. I'm sure it's simply coincidental that Medicare is getting slashed and hacked just as Baby Boomers reach eligibility.

7. Healthcare costs are so high in America for only one reason: government subsidies established, defined, mandated, and implemented as a result of the bribes of healthcare provider special interests at every single point along the healthcare continuum.

There is only one way to minimize the cost of effective healthcare in America, and that is to eliminate all government subsidies, mandates, and competition-limiting regulations.

8. There is nothing in the Constitution of the United States that grants the federal government any authority to be involved in healthcare. They have no authority to regulate it, define it, subsidize it, or mandate it. The fact that they have been doing so for generations does nothing to legitimize their usurpation of un-delegated authority.

9. No one in their right mind can expect the federal government to manage healthcare. There is no program managed by the federal government that doesn’t suffer criminal mismanagement.
a. Congressional lunchroom lost $2 Million last year alone
b. Taxpayers subsidize every Amtrak passenger to the tune of $423 per trip
c. The Department of Energy, created to minimize US dependence on foreign energy in 1978 now has 24000 direct employees, 100,000 contract employees, a budget of $24 Billion a year and oversees a higher dependence on foreign energy now than ever before. We’d be better-off to liquidate the Department of Energy. The same is true for most federal Departments.
d. Compare the gross inefficiency and waste of the government managed Postal Service with the effectiveness of privately managed UPS and Fed-Ex.
e. Does anyone believe that Veteran medical services (3% of the hospitals in America serving 1% of the population) are in any way adequate?
f. Does anyone in their right mind want healthcare like the federal government provides to Native Americans?

Healthcare is outrageously expensive in America BECAUSE of the interference in it by the federal government. Every activity that the federal government attempts to manage, it is criminally corrupt and grossly mismanaged.

Not only do we have to prevent federal takeover of our healthcare system, we must purge the federal government from every activity not specifically authorized by the COTUS. The sooner we do this, the sooner America will be restored to her proper glory.

Jobs Drive America

What are you people in Washington thinking? Rome is burning and you are fiddling!

We need JOBS, we don’t need government funded healthcare. At $1.25 Trillion dollars, that’s 25 Million jobs at $50,000 a year, the median household income in America.

We need JOBS, we don’t need the absurdity of Cap and Trade that will add $4000 cost to every household in America.

We need JOBS, we don’t need a bogus Stimulus bill that does no more than repay Obama supporters and expand a government that accomplishes nothing positive and adds billions in non-value added cost to American lives. Only 15% of the Stimulus has actually been spent so the 85% can be cancelled. The administration says that all jobs that will be created by the Stimulus have already been created. Cancel the Stimulus.

We need JOBS; real jobs, not government jobs that consume revenue, we need real jobs that create revenue. We need people in Washington who understand this.

We need JOBS, we don’t need monetization of government debt that will do nothing more than fuel exploding inflation just as the Baby Boomers reach the point of trying to live on fixed incomes.

It isn’t enough that you don’t contribute to additional government costs, we are counting on you to do everything in your power to reverse the idiotic spending spree that this Congress appears to engage in regardless of the destruction it is causing to our economy today and for generations to come.

This Congress, and this Marxist administration is driving a wedge between the American way of life purchased with the blood and sacrifice of 250 years of American patriots; and the failed philosophies of Socialism and Marxism being jammed down our throats. This is intolerable. If you don’t understand the meaning of intolerable, look it up.

Not only is what the federal government currently doing clearly un-Constitutional, it is truly intolerable, made even worse by the complete disregard of the sentiments of the American taxpayer by an elitist, non-responsive, self-centered, ego-maniacal federal government.

The federal government’s primary responsibility is to “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States”. Any actions that subvert this sacred responsibility meet the definition of Treason according to USC Title, Chapter 115. Make sure your cohorts understand that.

Don’t waste my time with another mealy-mouthed form letter response. I expect corrective action from you, not empty rhetoric.

The Simplicity of a Constitutional Republic

By electing Obama president, we’ve proven what should have been obvious: skin color offers no inherent benefit for selecting federal officers. We never again need to vote for a candidate solely based on the color of their skin. We need only select someone who understands, honors and strictly enforces the Constitution and has demonstrated ability to fulfill their delineated responsibilities.

Americans really do need to learn that our system for electing federal officers is amazingly simple.

America is a Constitutional Republic. That means that we elect surrogates to represent our interests in the operation of the federal government that was created, defined, authorized and restricted by Sovereign Citizens as delineated in the Constitution.

Every federal officer is required to take a solemn oath to “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States” prior to being vested with any federal authority. Violation of that oath, obviously demonstrates unfitness for their federal office, be it Executive, Legislative, or Judicial and is therefore ample justification for removing them from their federal office.

We elect a federal government for one reason: to fulfill the duties clearly delineated in the Constitution of the United States (COTUS), in strict accordance with the COTUS: not for ‘Popular mandates’; ‘political objectives’ ; ‘progressive reformation’; ‘adjusting law for changing mores’; or ‘fundamental transformation of the United States of America’. The COTUS gives no federal officer any such authority, and the 9th and 10th Amendments remove all doubt.

There is no permission in the COTUS for liberalization or progressive modification of the duties, authorities, or responsibilities of the federal government short of legally ratified Amendments to the COTUS.

Citizens should never lose sight of the reality that the federal government was created to do those very limited duties that were impractical to be done by individual Sovereign Citizens. It was created with the clear realization that there is nothing more dangerous than delegating authority to another party; knowing that it is a fundamental characteristic of human nature to abuse and corrupt any such authority.

To inform any wannabe Constitutional lecturers: that is why the COTUS (especially the Bill of Rights) is a document of “negative rights”; clearly delineating what the federal government cannot do. The 9th and 10th Amendments reinforce that the federal government has no authorities not specifically delineated in the COTUS. Should the question ever arise, “what the federal government must do for it’s Citizens” is specifically limited to “preserve, protect, and defend the COTUS”.

It’s so simple even Ivy League-educated dunderheads should be able to comprehend it. Our job as Citizens is to assure that anyone we entrust to serve us as a federal officer complies with these expectations to the letter.

As you note, no one believes the reported 3.5% growth in the GDP because this administration is built on lies, driven by lies, and aspires to lies. Any suggestion that the economy is repairing while we lose 500,000 jobs a month is absurd.

No rational person can believe that we can buy our way out of recession by increasing debt or printing worthless money to monetize the debt because no one else will by our bonds. Government spending only solves problems when there is actually money (not just worthless IOUs) in the treasury.

We have an administration flooded with Communists, Socialists, and Marxists hand-selected by president Obama. Since Communism, Socialism, and Marxism have all proven to be absolute failures in managing an economy there is no justification for any hope that this administration will repair our economy.

Interestingly enough, government manipulation and corruption of the free market system (greatly facilitated by Barney Frank and Chris Dodd) caused the global financial system to collapse; so now the government wants to blame the free market system for the problems we face. There is no purer example of government in action than this! There is no clearer example of why the federal government is not to be trusted to manage anything effectively.

The wunderkinds charged with repairing the economy are of a generation who has never been held accountable for anything. They have grown up in an age where true competition has been eliminated in order to protect fragile egos; where race and gender are more important qualifiers for opportunity than individual excellence; where truth takes a back-seat to political correctness; where divisiveness (diversity) is held higher than unity (equal treatment under law). This generation selects a course of action based on emotional values rather than performance values. They are a generation coddled in the Ivory Towers of failed philosophies; not tempered on the threshing floor of actual results.

Leadership is one part nature and 9 parts experience. Experience is what you get when you don’t get what you want: it comes from attempting a course of action and having to adjust for the unexpected. Today’s power generation has no real experience and therefore can provide no real leadership. Once their failed ideas produce predictable failure they have no alternatives to offer; only blame for others to assess.

It is little wonder that this generation selected a Chief Executive like themselves; without real experience there is no concept that promises can be empty. Those unexposed to absolute Truth have no point of reference to distinguish lies. Those unschooled in the Constitution have no understanding of true and lawful role of the federal government. Government education (sic) has succeeded.

Our leaders are not optimistic, they are egotistical. Optimism requires an expectation that there is a course of action can accomplish desired results. Those in government leadership positions know that they will never be held accountable for their decisions. They simply blame others for their own failures, and take their perks and ill-got gains with impunity.

Egotism is the strongest characteristic of our elected representatives. Their unjustified sense of superiority empowers them to presume that their opinion is the only one that matters; and drives them to proclaim any dissent as baseless. Regardless of the facts.

A simple reading of the Constitution of the United States (COTUS) clearly defines the role of each of the three branches of the federal government. The role of each branch is clearly delineated as are the responsibilities and the authorities delegated to each: 4400 words that changed the world and the history of Man. The Bill of Rights (more appropriately The Bill of Restrictions on Federal Authority), another 700 words makes it clear that the federal government has no authority other than that delineated in the COTUS. No federal officer can alter those restrictions.

The fact that Obama could decry that the Constitution restricts federal authorities and still even be considered for federal office (let alone actually be elected) speaks volumes about the ignorance of the American voter. The fact that the Congress ignores the clearly delineated limits of federal power of each branch speaks volumes about the ignorance of our elected representatives and the failure of Citizens to meet their sacred responsibility to 250 years of Americans who forged, and preserved, our Creator-given Liberties.

There remains real hope for America. It is ensconced in the COTUS. Every necessary remedy for every problem facing America today is there. To restore America we need only to restore the COTUS to its rightful position as the arbiter of all federal government activity. Restoration is not without pain and adjustment, but doing so will restore the America that is the beacon of Liberty to the world.

In reality, in our Constitutional Republic, the only reason to elect a federal government is to “preserve, protect, and defend the COTUS”. There is no authority to implement “progressive reform”; or to “fundamentally transform the United States of America”; or to interpret the COTUS based on the ‘life experiences” of judges. In America, Citizens are Sovereign; the COTUS defines the legal authorities of the federal government; and any federal officer who knowingly violates the COTUS; or encourages violation of the COTUS violates allegiance to the Sovereign Citizens and therefore commits treason as defined by the US Code, Title 18, Part I, Chapter 115, Paragraphs 2381~2385 inclusive!

Citizens must demand that the COTUS be obeyed. We must remove from office every federal officer who violates their sacred oath of office to "preserve, protect, and defend the COTUS".

Gallup has released their latest poll on the claimed idiology of the American Populace. Based on aggregate data from 16 surveys between January and September 2009, more Americans consider themselves Conservatives than as Moderates or Liberals.

Why Obama Wants to Silence Fox News

Community Organizers don’t really fix things: they just point fingers and rile up others, usually for no more good than a 60 second spot on the local evening news.

Therein lies the rub: we’ve elected a typical community organizer to be our president. We ignored the fact that he had never held a real job, never created a real job, never sweated to make a payroll, never put anything of value on the line to accomplish a real task, never accomplished anything of substance, and never been held accountable for actually fulfilling promises or accomplishing good.

Sure, he was real good at drawing a crowd; real good about making them feel like something good was going to happen; and real good about getting on the 6 o’clock news. However, just as with his efforts at Altgeld Gardens (which he cites as his greatest accomplishment as a community organizer), Obama has never successfully concluded anything. The cameras don’t usually come back to check results, so it’s off to the latest event and the next evening news highlight.

The only job Barack Obama has ever had involves showing-up for a neighborhood protest, spouting some feel-good drivel, smiling for the cameras, and moving on: that’s why campaigning comes so natural to him and why he wants it to continue. That’s “what he does”: Only this and nothing more.

The problem is that as president, he is expected to lead, and that is something at which he has no real experience. He’s the golden boy; the one who makes an appearance, talks pretty, assess blame to someone else, gets accolades for his rhetoric and then moves on. That doesn’t work for a president.

Obama has never taken criticism well. He’s never been held accountable for actually accomplishing something substantial. His job has always been to stir the pot (sometimes smoking it) but never actually fixing the pot. Pointing-out that the emperor has no clothes has always been very unpopular with emperors.

Speaking only to small local crowds he was free to make any promises without fear of actually being accountable to bring his promises to fruition. There would always be a big bucket of excuses why nothing was accomplished: if nothing else, Jeremiah Wright taught him any number of excuses and demons to blame for not accomplishing anything. Daddy always said sarcastically that “There is no necessary correlation between blame and responsibility”. I didn’t realize that Obama knew Daddy.

Now Obama has gone to war with the Fox News Channel (FNC). They are the one news outlet that has been consistent in playing Obama’s videoed promises: for creating jobs; for streamlining government and eliminating government waste; for transparency in government; for promises to end pork-spending; for closing Gitmo; for supporting the war in Afghanistan; for judging him by the company he keeps; for promising “fundamental transformation of the USA”. But as so aptly noted by SNL comics, Obama has accomplished ‘Jack-Squat’.

At a time when any reasonable person would tighten controls on spending, Obama has pushed a stimulus bill that does nothing more than re-pay his campaign contributors; worked a deal with Big Pharma to exempt them from any real pain in healthcare reform in return for their support to push his healthcare fiasco; given his union supporters GM and Chrysler; extravagantly funded his corrupt pals at ACORN and SEIU; sold out America’s Central European allies for Soviet contracts for GE; stood idly-by as the Fed turned out worthless currency as fast as the presses would go to monetize America’s debt (that Obama is expanding at the speed of light); raised Cain with private sector financial companies remuneration while ignoring worse offenses of his supporters at Fannie and Freddie.

Most frighteningly, at a time when we should be unfettering the free market of non-productive chains of government interference to restore our economy, Obama daily implements barricades to recovery. It would be comforting to ascribe this to the breath-taking inexperience of the president (and there is surely enough of that to terrify stout-hearted men), but as the Fox News Channel has so clearly demonstrated, these actions aren’t incompetence, but intentional.

From their own mouths we learn that those that Obama has hand-selected to implement his plans are avowed Marxists, Communists, and Socialists. Like Obama, these are not leaders with real world experience; they are elitist academics who romanticize communism and totalitarianism so typical of fragile-egoed professors accustomed to forcing their whacko ideas down the throats of teenaged students. That’s who Obama has ceded our nation to-mostly bypassing the establish Senate confirmation process that none of these scum would survive.

We’d never know it by reading newspapers or watching NBC (GE), CBS, ABC (Disney), MSNBC (GE), CNN, NPR, etc. We know it only because FNC has been playing the videos of these despot wanna-bes spouting their pro-Mao, pro-Marx, anti-American drivel. It is so difficult for Obama to denounce as lies when we see videos of treasonous pronouncements spoken out of the mouths of his many czars (who are taking that title far too seriously). Now why is it that Obama hates FNC?

America: let’s thank our Founding Fathers for creating a Constitution that formed and clearly defined the limited powers of the federal government. Though we have an administration, Congress, and Judiciary that are trampling the Constitutional restrictions intended to keep them focused on their assigned responsibilities, we have the wherewithal to remove them from office for usurping powers that we have never granted them.

Restore the Constitution to restore America. Let the impeachments begin!

Dear Mr. President:

Over the past year, we have witnessed innumerable examples of idiots with a Harvard education making ruinous decisions on finance, economics, politics, etc. Looking at traditionally respected educational institutions for solutions to environmental problems isn’t likely to yield any positive results either.

I just want you to know that I have commanded the Sun to dramatically reduce solar flare activity and thereby have reversed the dreaded global warming that charlatan Al.Gore was so terribly concerned about.

I was reluctant to admit to my complicity in this because I am a member of an ancient order of Solar Controllers that has survived here on earth for thousands of years without detection.

Archeological data collected throughout the world has confirmed that for the past 1 Million years, the earth has experienced atmospheric temperature cycling on an approximate 1500 year cycle. This has been verified by more than 700 peer-reviewed scientists.

For over 500 years we have been able to link earth temperature with solar flare activity and have used this information to predict crop production. The more solar flare activity, the warmer the earth’s temperature.

As we know, the earth’s temperature has decreased every year since 1998 proportional to the reduction in solar flare activity, even as CO2 from man-made sources has continued to increase during that same time period.

I want you to know that we will continue to regulate solar flare activity as we have for thousands of years, completely independently of any silly, presumptuous, and asinine environmental plans you attempt to implement.

I suggest you focus on programs to generate real jobs, and stop trying to spend America into slavery with your stupid, un-Constitutional social plans.

Now's the time to do the right thing

This is in response to an Opinion piece by the progressive Cynthia Tucker in the Atlanta Journal Constitution on 10/18/09 entitled:
“Now’s the time to do the right thing”

Dear Ms. Tucker:

I agree with you that now is the time to do the right thing.

The question then becomes “how to define the right thing”?

We live in a Constitutional Republic. Republic means that the Citizens are Sovereign, and they elect other Citizens to represent their common (not individual) interests. Constitutional means that we have a Constitution that defines what responsibilities and authorities are delegated by the Sovereign Citizens to the Elected Representatives.

To phrase that so even a progressive can understand it: we elect representatives to fulfill a limited set of responsibilities, using a limited range of authorities, as clearly defined in the Constitution: Only that and nothing more.

It will probably surprise you to learn that every federal officer (and member of the military) is required to take a solemn oath to “…preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States…” before being entrusted with any federal authority.

Therefore the only rational definition of “the right thing” is to do what is specified in the Constitution of the United States (COTUS) and nothing more.

This is important because there is not to be found any authorization in the COTUS for: the government to mandate universal healthcare; mandate crushing taxes for energy consumption; or for government bail-outs (or take-over) of private businesses. As a result is it impossible for any of these actions to be “the right thing”.

Legally, no federal government has any mandate other than to “preserve, protect, and defend the COTUS”. There is no such thing as a popular mandate, or a political mandate under the clearly defined limits of the COTUS.

I realize that progressives don’t like to be fettered by the COTUS, and that’s okay. A problem arises however when progressives want to “fundamentally transform the United States of America”, because the federal government has no such authority to do so. That can only be done by the Sovereign Citizens through a legally ratified Constitutional Amendment, and we both know that won’t happen in our life time-and hopefully never.

The good news is that progressives can pick from over 200 countries in the world that aren’t fettered by the COTUS, and in fact it gets better-most of those 200 offer universal healthcare, support moronic man-made global warming, and have no restrictions on government control of private business. You are even luckier, because living in Atlanta, you are at the primary Delta hub, and ‘Delta is ready when you are’!

Having defined what the only rational definition of “do the right thing is”, let’s look at your wish list.

The Stimulus bill that you said was too small (did you note that the administration has just announced that with only 14% of the Stimulus funds spent, we have already seen all the job creation that it is going to accomplish?) amounts to $2600 for each man, woman, and child in America. Have you sent your contribution in to the Treasury Department yet?

Universal healthcare: When we add the $254Billion (for actually paying doctors for their services) to the $900 Billion that the president says is acceptable, your share of that bill is $4167 for this year. Have you sent that in yet?

Harvard University- that has demonstrated itself to be the bastion for producing over-educated, morally corrupt dolts, informs that the increased direct cost per person in the US for implementing Cap and Trade is $1700 in year one. Have you sent in your share of that yet?

Just in case you haven’t been keeping a tally, your personal share of just these three programs is $8490, multiplied by the number of people in your household. Presuming the standard 2.3 children and a spouse, your family share is $36507.

Are you writing your check yet? No? Good, because only about half of American families pay income taxes. Since I’m sure you do, we need your share to actually be $73014 for this year.

But wait, the Census Bureau advises that the median income for American households was only $48,200 in 2006 (the latest data I could find on-line in 3 minutes of searching). How many years of $25K per year deficit can your household handle before you have serious financial problems?

Keep in mind that these costs are just those for the three programs you mention: that doesn’t include funding the rest of government, or military, or behavioral studies on blind left-handed sea otters: Ms. Tucker, you need to do your fair share! Please pay up!



I know progressives don’t like to be bothered with pesky numbers like costs, they are only interested in those great entitlement numbers. However, if you have been paying attention, you should be seeing the problem: too much goesoutta, not enough goesinta. The government has no real magic for changing those numbers, try as they may: and they certainly don’t want us looking at those numbers lest we consider them imbeciles.

Notice that no mention has been made about political parities (they only exist to subvert and manipulate the electoral process).

Our Founding Fathers created and defined the responsibilities and authorities of the federal government in our COTUS. In that process they specifically denied the federal government any power to tax the Citizens (which, in our stupidity we changed with the 16th Amendment, but we can still repeal it). The only funding source for operating the federal government was the duties on exports. How clever that they would have foreigners fund our federal government so that Citizens could use their limited funds to support their Life, Liberty, and pursuit of Happiness.

Constitutionally, we don’t ask much of our federal government, and history proves that is as it should be: they aren’t capable of much beyond corruption and incompetence. If you will objectively (sorry, I forgot I was addressing a progressive) look at every problem facing America today, you will see in it the enabling hand of the federal government at it’s foundation.

It is in fact time to do the right thing: restore the Constitution; remove from office every federal officer who has failed to ‘preserve, protect, and defend the COTUS’ and entrust office only to those who love, respect, and honor the COTUS.

Let the impeachments begin!

Why Now?
America has been around as a Constitutional Republic for over 220 years. During that time we have seen many threats to a Constitutional America. Every presidential administration has threatened the Constitution in one way or another.

The Great Deceiver, Abraham Lincoln, the Father of Oppressive Government was the first to implement massive changes to our Constitutional Republic, but in his speech to the Springfield Young Men's Lyceum in 1838 he predicted what would happen and why. He explained that we will always have ambitious politicians intent on making their mark on the world. They can not content themselves to follow in the footsteps of their predecessors no matter how noble. Though they might prefer to make their mark doing good; if that avenue is not available, they will make their mark by doing evil. Lincoln would go on to personify that threat 22 years later.

We now appear to have a president who has no love or respect for the Constitution of the United States. He has surrounded himself with a huge number of self-described communists, Marxists, and socialists to be his closest advisors. He appears prepared to "fundamentally transform the United States of America" from a Constitutional Republic into a Marxist regime.

We have a Congress that has no love or respect for the Constitution of the United States. It's members appear to be focused only on how they can improve their personal fortunes by selling government regulations, favors, or exemptions. Every government decision is subject to prior sale.

We have a Judiciary that is comprised of an ever-increasing number of jurists eager to implement their own ideas of justice rather than assuring that the Constitution of the United States (COTUS) is maintained as the primary arbitor of American law. Activitist judges are implementing social policy in direct conflict with the COTUS.

In other words, we find ourselves in an America with a federal government that considers itself superior to the COTUS.

However, the COTUS is the only legal definition of the responsibilities and authorities of the federal government. The People are still the sovereigns. It is time that Citizens MUST retake control over the federal government; repeal all existing laws in violation of the COTUS; remove from office all federal officers not in compliance with their Constitutional responsibilities and authorities; and severe all international agreements in conflict with the COTUS.

Our federal government is non-responsive and will remain so until the Citizens demand response. It is our responsibility as Citizens to assure that the COTUS is respected, preserved, protected, and defended.
